Who benefits from CHT?

People who are treated with Constitutional Hydrotherapy (CHT) report recovery of energy and function in the body. We notice most people benefit from adding CHT into a holistic treatment plan.

What are the benefits?

Using a non-pharmacologic approach, Constitutional Hydrotherapy (CHT) signals an increased production of oxygen into the blood and creation of more white blood cells, which boosts the immune system and allows the body to heal faster and resist disease. Since the early 1900s, this form of therapy has been used on patients of all ages.

What to expect at your treatment?

You will be greeted in the upstairs waiting room and led to the peaceful Healing Room, where you will rest for 1 hour while being attended by a specially trained naturopathic physician. A routine of alternating hot and cold towels are applied to the body to move blood, calm the nervous system and boost energy. It is coupled with e-stim therapy to regenerate and reset the electrical body.
